Reservations are suggested for busy periods during July and August.  If you wish to make a reservation, simply send an email or call and provide the following information:

DEPOSITS: We require a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) to complete a reservation.  Reservations require full payment at the time the reservation is made.  Do not send credit card information through email.  If you make a reservation request through email, we will send you an email to let you know that we have started your reservation, but you must call us within 48 hours to confirm the reservation by giving us your credit card information.  NOTE: You will be issued a confirmation number when your reservation is complete.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be made 7 days or more before the start of the reservation.  All cancellations are subject to a $10 service charge.  Deposit refunds will be given if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the start of the reservation.  IMPORTANT: The full deposit will be lost if you do not contact us to cancel the reservation at least 7 days prior to the start of the reservation.

The fastest and easiest way to make a reservation is to call us.  If you call when we are open we will take your reservation directly on the phone.  If you call when we are closed, the answering machine will pick up, please leave your name and phone number and let us know when is a good time to call back.  We will call you back and take your reservation over the phone. 

You can also send us a reservation request via email, but this is slower and since email is not secure, you should never send any credit card information through email.  Reservation requests that we receive through email are not confirmed until we obtain credit card information and confirm the reservation.  Email requests for July 4 or Carnival Week should be made at least one month in advance to ensure bicycles are still available.
