Reservations Provincetown Bicycles

Reserve early for July 4 and Carnival Week to ensure availability. On-line reservation requests for the weeks of July 4 (June 29 - July 6) and Carnival Week (August 17 - August 24) must be made at least 30 days in advance. If you cannot make a reservation request on on-line you may call us for availabilty. On-line reservations requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Reservations are suggested for busy periods during July and August. You can call us on the phone to request a reservation (508-487-4849) or you can use our on-line reservation request form below.

DEPOSITS: We require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) to complete a reservation. Reservation deposits require full payment at the time the reservation is made. We will obtain credit card information when you call to complete your reservation.

MINIMUMS: There is a 3 day minimum for advanced reservations in July and August (other times there is a 24 hour minimum). However, we usually have bicycles available on a walk-in basis (except July 4 and Carnival Week when we run out).

CANCELLATIONS: Must be made 7 days or more before the start of the reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $10 service charge. Deposit refunds will be given if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the start of the reservation. IMPORTANT: The full deposit will be lost if you do not contact us to cancel the reservation at least 7 days prior to the start of the reservation.

ON-LINE RESERVATIONS: Completion of our on-line reservation request does not guarantee that bicycles are available to satisfy your request. We will process your on-line reservation request and we will let you know if your request can be filled. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but during busy periods it may take up to 24 hours to respond. If you need immediate assistance please call us (508-487-4849) instead.

TIMEFRAMES: Each 24 hour period is counted as a day. For example, if a bicycle is rented for 2 days starting at 10AM on a Friday, then it is due back by 10AM on Sunday. A bicycle rented for one week starting at 11AM on a Saturday is due back the following Saturday by 11AM.

STEPS TO COMPLETE A RESERVATION USING OUR ON-LINE REQUEST SYSTEM:
Step 1: Fill out the reservation request form below and press the "Submit" button.
Step 2: We will send you an email within 24 hours to tell you the status of your reservation request.
Step 3: After receiving the email mentioned in step 2, call us within 48 hours (phone 508-487-4849) to provide your credit card information (For reservations made during January - March we will call you instead). Once we complete your reservation we will send you a confirmation via email.
